In occasione dei 200 anni dalla nascita di Alfred Escher e Gottfried Keller, il MASI, in collaborazione con il Museo nazionale di Zurigo e l’Ufficio federale della cultura, offre l’opportunità di poter vedere riuniti, per la prima volta dopo 50 anni, alcuni dei più importanti capolavori della Fondazione Gottfried Keller. Il percorso espositivo intende ripercorrere le tappe salienti della storia dell'arte svizzera degli ultimi due secoli. Per l’occasione il celebre Trittico della natura di Giovanni Segantini, lascerà eccezionalmente la sua usuale sede di St. Moritz per la seconda volta in 100 anni.

To mark the 200th anniversary of Alfred Escher and Gottfried Keller, MASI, in collaboration with the National Museum of Zürich and the Federal Office of Culture, proposes a unique opportunity to view some of the most important masterpieces of the Gottfried Keller Foundation, together for the first time in 50 years. This artwork retraces the most important stages of the evolution of Swiss art over the last two centuries. For this occasion, the famous Alpine Triptych by Giovanni Segantini leaves its permanent home in St. Moritz for just the second occasion in almost 100 years.
